In partnership with Cornwall Council and Cornwall and Isles of Scilly NHS, Active Plus has launched a new project for the Armed Forces Community in the form of Armed Forces Community Social Prescribing Link Workers (AFC SPLW).

Active Plus were fortunate to be part of the national demonstrator for this service over the past 2 years. (please not this is only for Cornwall or Isis of Scilly residents).
