One Stop Stores Ltd: Community Partnership Grants

Grants of up to £1,000 are available to a wide range of organisations in England, Scotland and Wales for local good causes that address food poverty, support low-income families, older people and those living in a neighbourhood who are disadvantaged and vulnerable.

The National Garden Scheme Community Gardens Awards 2024

Grants, generally up to £5,000, are available for community gardening projects in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. In 2023, the National Garden Scheme announced £232,000 in funding for 89 community garden projects across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Home Instead Charities

Small grants are available for community groups and grants of up to £1,500 are available for registered charities working at a grassroots level in the UK for wellbeing activities and projects that benefit people aged 55 and over, helping reduce social isolation and loneliness.

The PetPlan Charitable Trust Welfare Grants

Grants from £5,000 to £25,000 are available to UK registered charities towards the welfare of dogs, cats, horses, and rabbits. Grants are occasionally made to overseas projects.
