The Community Ownership Fund
Capital and revenue grants of up to £2 million are available to UK voluntary, community and charitable organisations. This includes Community Interest Companies. Funds are to take ownership of local assets at risk of being lost to the community. Some of these are pubs, parks, community buildings, music venues and shops.
Application deadline: the 2nd bidding window of Round 3 of the Community Ownership Fund opened on Wednesday 30th August 2023 and will close to applications at 11:59am (i.e. just before midday) on WEDNESDAY 11th OCTOBER 2023.
Funder: The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities
Who can apply: UK voluntary, community and charitable organisations. This includes Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIO), Community Interest Companies (CICs), Cooperatives, Community Benefit Societies and not-for-profit Companies Limited by Guarantee.
