Opportunities: Funding & grants

Funding to develop projects related to improving health and wellbeing and the provision of healthcare for the benefit of people of all ages living in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

Grants up to £750 are available for projects by individual women- or women only groups to resource imaginative, non-violent activities by feminist anti-militarist women to proactively challenge patriarchy.

Grants for UK registered charities and not-for-profits working in the areas of alcohol and substance misuse, disadvantaged minority communities, disadvantaged young people, domestic and sexual abuse, homelessness, older people, people with disabilities, prisoners and ex-offenders and people with a visual impairment.

Grants for UK registered charities and overseas non-governmental organisations (NGOs) across the world working to protect animals, prevent animal cruelty and relieve animal suffering.

Grants of up to £20,000 are available to UK groups or organisations that can deliver youth-led projects and activities with and for young people aged 10-25. Partnership bids are welcomed. Individuals may also apply.

Grants of between £2,000 and £30,000 are available over 2 years for constituted UK organisations for projects that encourage children and young people aged under 25 to make, learn and earn in music.

Project and equipment grants of between £250 and £2,000 are available to UK registered charities working to help relieve poverty, improve health and save lives.

Grants available to smaller UK registered charities working with the elderly, people with a mental or physical disability, those who are terminally ill, young people and social welfare projects, including those that benefit carers, the homeless and ex-offenders.

Grants available for organisations working in the areas or agriculture, the environment, education, children and young people, financial hardship and the relief of sickness.

The Network’s Community Grants Fund is intended to fund new, innovative work, particularly where it relates to crime prevention and community safety.

This programme is for small, local, specialist charities supporting people facing complex issues.

Grants of up to £5,000 are available to charities developing communication skills for disadvantaged adults aged 18 and over so that they can improve their employment prospects, self-confidence, resilience and life-chances.
