Mental Health Wellbeing Coach

• An enthusiastic and motivated individual, interested in joining our team to deliver recovery and
• wellbeing opportunities for clients with mental ill health, and other support needs, to achieve their
  hopes and ambitions
• Committed to improving the mental health and wellbeing of clients

The model is to support Community Mental Health Teams to support their clients who are on their allocation waiting lists, to prevent further crisis and further deterioration in mental health. You will assist clients with daily health, social care and wellbeing needs, reduce crisis, help build resilience, improve client wellbeing and connect them to community resources.
