Youth Mentor

Konnect Communities has an exciting new vacancy for an initial 6 month pilot for an experienced Youth Mentor to join its team.

You will provide outreach, person-centred support for young people aged 14 – 17 who are involved in the youth justice system. Working on a 1-2-1 basis you will develop a trusted relationship with 10 young people to support them with accessing positive activities to enable engagement and reduce the risk of re-offending/offending.
