Who we are
Konnect Communities was born out of a desire to see rehabilitation becoming a more realistic opportunity for those in our society who find themselves disadvantaged by their history. This includes those who have been through the criminal justice system, as an offender or victim and those with life traumas, often leading to multiple and complex needs of support.

Our aim is to engage, enable, motivate, and inspire disadvantaged people in our communities to overcome barriers to progression. We want people to aspire to become the best they can and to have a confident positive attitude which leads them towards living fulfilled and resilient lives. Our mission is to deliver real change that lasts.

Our vacancies

• Mentor (Maternity Cover) –£29,790 FTE 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Mentor who can provide high-quality, person-centred support for people involved in the criminal justice system. Working on a 1-2-1 basis you will support individuals to identify and overcome barriers to emotional wellbeing, education, training, employment, housing or financial needs.
