Host Families Coordinator

Re-Gain (Cornwall) CIC is setting up a brand new Mental Health service for adults in Cornwall & the Isles of Scilly, The Host Families Project.

The Host Families Project is an admission avoidance & “step down” from hospital service for adults with Mental Health problems in a homely, family environment to aid recovery & improve mental well-being & prevent readmission.

Re-Gain is seeking to employ a Coordinator for this Project.
