We are seeking proactive and versatile individuals to fill the following roles:

Contracts & Performance Manager (Operations) – 30 hours per week
£36,656-£39,285 FTE for 35 hours (Grade 4) – pro rata
You will be delivering efficient and effective services in alignment with organisational objectives and contractual obligations. You will play a pivotal role in managing contracts, overseeing operational processes, and optimising performance to enhance the quality of health and social care services in Cornwall. Your efforts will directly contribute to promoting the voice of the community and facilitating improvements in health and social care provision.

Business Support Officer – 21 hours per week
£29,592-£32,214 FTE for 35 hours (Grade 3) – pro rata
In this multifaceted role, you will contribute to various tasks and processes spanning HR, finance, governance, communications, and bookkeeping. Furthermore, you will actively participate in responding to our information line, handling phone calls, and extending assistance to Healthwatch Cornwall (HC) team members in their project endeavours. Your versatile skills and proactive approach will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, ultimately contributing to the success of HC’s mission.

Research & Engagement Officer – 35 hours per week
£27,411-£29,591 (Grade 2 higher)
You will be working with other members of our research and engagement team, delivering focused pieces of research and supporting engagement activities, with a view to inform potential future research opportunities.

Project Officer – Partnership Boards Engagement – 35 hours per week
£27,411-£29,591 (Grade 2 higher)
You will be working with other members of the Partnership Boards team in coordinating and managing the running of the Boards in liaison with the Board Chairs, Cornwall Council and partners from across health and social care. This involves facilitating engagement in, and development of, health and social care strategies and plans in line with local requirements and the NHS Long Term Plan, organising regular meetings and ensuring actions are progressed.
