VCSE Palliative and End of Life Manager

This new and exciting post, funded by MacMillan for 22 months is to support the system palliative and end of life care strategy to deliver improved experiences of care and support by working with our excellent voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSE) in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

Working with the integrated care system (ICS) end of life manager and the wider system strategic alliance, this post will lead on a range of workstreams with the VCSE including system transformation, quality improvements, new models of care/ support at place and redesign programmes from concept to procurement.
