People in Mind is a collaborative approach to mental health in Cornwall. The collective aims to form a service, as it develops over the five years of its contract.

Cornwall VSF is the contract manager within the partnership. As a well-respected, non-delivery organisation, we secured this role after writing a successful bid for the tender.

In 2023, the partnership was delighted to achieve:

  • 452 referrals
  • 14 new HOPE facilitators trained
  • 11 additional Peer Support Groups
  • £75,000 of income maximisation
  • £110,000 of debt written off
  • Increased financial security of 89 people

We also partnered with Cornwall Community Foundation, to administer the Community Wellbeing Fund. This funding opportunity was shared across the community sector. We were delighted to award funding to the following organisations, with a breakdown of the summary.

We will share information about more upcoming funding on our funding page.
