NHS CIOS: Where’s best this easter?

Easter campaign is underway and will run until 21 April (Easter Monday), targeting both residents and visitors through a mix of:

• Radio adverts (Heart and Hits/Greatest Hits Radio)
• Press release and ICB webpage
• Social media paid adverts
• Digital screens at Cornwall Services and on Truro’s Park and Ride buses
• Cornwall Council’s newsletter to residents, and other partner bulletins

Phase 1 has focussed on repeat prescription reminders – which is also a timely reminder to order and collect your own repeat medicines now, if you (or someone you care for) have them.

Phase 2 begins this weekend as the school holidays get started, promoting ‘Where is best?’ when in need of healthcare, along with community pharmacy and Pharmacy First. We want to raise awareness of the services that are available for people and help them to know which to choose when, so that we keep the hospitals and emergency department free for the people who need them the most.
