We Are The People: Community Research Grants

We Are The People are a small research team of disabled academics and non-disabled allies engaged in disability research and activism.

Work with us to produce research that matters to disabled communities in the South West. Up to £15,000 grants, for groups working with Disabled people based in the South West in one of the following three themes:

1. Disabled people interested in exploring sexual expression (this can include disabled people, sex workers, medical professionals or carers).
2. People with Dementia and their caregivers and family members.
3. Disabled people who have experience of working with or being a service user of a Disabled People’s Organisation (DPO).
