The Pierrepont Trust
The Pierrepont Trust is a grant-making charity based in the village of Long Marston in North Yorkshire. The Trust awards grants against the following priorities:
- The relief of sickness by the provision of amenities and equipment in particular, but not exclusively to persons attending Charing Cross Hospital (Fulham) or such other hospital as the Trustees may decide.
- The relief of dependants of such persons or any such persons who have died and who are in need, hardship or distress.
- The promotion of research into the cause and treatment of illness or disease in particular, but not exclusively, kidney disease, and publication of useful results thereof, and
- The making grants to such associations, trusts, societies or corporations as are established for exclusively charitable purposes.
Please note that the Trust does not have a website. Further information is, however, available on the Charity Commission website.
Applications may be made at any time in writing. The trustees meet regularly to review requests for grant support.
