NHS Charities Together Community Partnership Grant

‘Expressions of Interest’ are being invited from voluntary sector organisations with regards to a funding opportunity from NHS Charities Together, in partnership with Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity (lead charity) and Cornwall Partnership Foundation Trust Charitable Fund.

The region of Cornwall and IOS have an opportunity to access £267,320 for projects that focus on supporting those identified as most at risk from social isolation and loneliness within the region. We are seeking a maximum of 5 projects to take forward to the full application stage and will be looking for projects with a range of funding levels to enable us to have maximum impact while accessing the full allocation available to the region.
