Counselling Services Manager

Purpose of Post:

This role is fundamental to the work of our counselling service in providing dedicated therapeutic support to women who have experienced gender-based violence, in a trauma-informed working environment with a feminist ethos of care and support.

The Counselling Services Manager will manage, lead, develop, coordinate and represent internally and externally West Cornwall Women’s Aid (WCWAid) counselling services, working to a trauma-informed model. They will also work with a small client base.
