Counselling Coordinator

Purpose of Post:

This role is fundamental to the work of our counselling service in providing dedicated therapeutic support to women who have experienced gender-based violence, in a trauma-informed working environment with a feminist ethos of care and support.

The Counselling Coordinator will progress counselling referrals through a trauma-informed assessment model, resulting in allocation to a WCWA counsellor. To deliver counselling provision to a small client base.
