Hours: 22 hours per week
Salary: Starting salary £14,535 – £15,948 per annum (FTE £24,138 - £26,820)
Location: Penzance

Purpose of the post:

This role is based at West Cornwall Women’s Aid refuge. As a Children and Young Person’s Worker you will be part of the refuge and resettlement service working with children, young people and families resident at the refuge and those who have moved from the refuge into the wider community.

Your role will be to work with children, young people and families who have experienced domestic abuse and to support them to overcome trauma by using a person-centred approach.

This post requires you to be motivated, resilient and passionate about supporting children and young people and to work with and mutually support the achievement of a consistent quality service.
