Are you keen to work with young people in your local community? Passionate about protecting our environment and empowering others to do the same? RJ Working is a registered charity, dedicated to empowering young people to get their voices heard through Restorative Practice, a pioneering approach to communication and problem-solving.
We are looking for the right person to join a growing team and support the development of Restorative Approaches to the climate crisis. You will be provided with training and support.
The role will include facilitating the development of RJ Working’s Youth-Led Climate Action Programme to ensure that young people have their voices heard and are supported to take action through Restorative teamwork and leadership.
You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, experience of facilitating workshops for young people and awareness of the climate crisis and its relevance for young people.
