Primary Schools Restorative Practice Co-ordinator

Hours: 0.8 FTE
Salary: £25,000 pa FTE (£20,000 0.8 FTE)
Location: Hybrid

Are you keen to work with children in school community settings? Ready to make a big difference by supporting those who struggle the most? RJ Working is a registered charity, dedicated to empowering young people to get their voices heard through Restorative Practice, a pioneering approach to communication and problem-solving.

We are looking for the right person to join a growing team and support the expansion of our Restorative work in primary schools across Cornwall. You will be provided with training and support.

The role will include developing great working relationships with local schools, programme delivery and training adults who work with children.

You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, experience working with children in primary schools (or similar) and understand the impact of inequalities and social justice issues on young people in Cornwall.
