RJ Working is a registered charity, dedicated to empowering young people to get their voices heard through Restorative Practice, a pioneering approach to communication and problem-solving.

We are looking for the right person to strengthen the business administration at the centre of our busy team. You will be provided with training and support and will enable our team to continue its successful trajectory.

The role will include essential activity in finance, marketing and business development.

You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and will inspire others to share in the responsibility of evaluation and continuous learning about our organisational effectiveness and impact.
