Business Manager

RJ Working is a charity serving the communities of Cornwall. We support young people’s leadership through Restorative Practice, to enable their voices, participation and empowerment. Restorative Practice helps to build relationships and the skills to better look after self and others. This creates a foundation for building fairer communities and tackling inequalities. The role of Business Manager is a new one which will build on the work of our previous Business Administrator who has begun to define our organisational systems and processes.   We are looking for the right person to strengthen the business at the centre of our busy team. You will have a genuine drive to develop and progress the organisation, through financial management, leadership and successful relationship building. You will be provided with training and support and will enable our team to continue its trajectory.

You will have proven organisational and communication skills and will inspire others to share in the responsibility of evaluation and continuous learning about our organisational effectiveness and impact. The role will include essential activity in finance, HR, marketing, business development and administration.
