WorkWell Work and Health Coaches

We are seeking Work and Health Coaches who will form part of a wider Kernow Community Gateway team, to deliver face to face support to people in a community setting to co-produce return-to-work/thrive-in-work plans, with clear objectives that address people’s physical, psychological and social needs.
Candidates must have:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Resilience, initiative and ability to work well under pressure; adept to fulfil expectations of the Work and
Health Coach role in a timely manner
• An understanding of mental ill health and the value of work
• Effective time management and organisational skills to enable planning of own diary including client
appointments and travel time
• Confidence in using IT systems including Microsoft Word, Teams, emails and the internet
Driving licence, access to and use of own vehicle for work purposes is essential.
Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2026
