The Mental Health Advisor will work within a recovery informed approach, taking a holistic view to provide a wide range of interventions to support people who are temporarily homeless or rough sleeping.
Interventions will include supporting people with their mental health needs and their daily health and wellbeing needs by building resilience, improving wellbeing and connecting them into community resources.
A full driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes are essential requirements for the role.
Countywide travel required depending on client need. Fixed Term Contract for 12 months
