Wellbeing Coach – Single Point of Access

Wellbeing Coaches deliver specific short term interventions to clients, including mentoring support with aspects of mental ill health and/or emotional wellbeing.

This is a blended delivery role; predominantly working from home providing telephone support, with occasional face to face delivery in a community setting depending on client need.

This is a Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2025.

Applicants need to meet the requirements for home working, including a suitable, confidential area at home to work, and the required facilities including phone signal and internet connection.

A full driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes is an essential requirement for this role.
