Join the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) team as an Employment Specialist to deliver the IPS approach, for which training will be provided, as part of the holistic recovery plan for mental health service users.
Employment Specialists work directly with service users, clinicians, peer mentors and partner agencies, and liaise with employers to support service users gain and retain paid employment.
Kerrier Community Mental Health
Team (CMHT) x1
- Based at the Bassett Unit in Redruth
- Travel required to meet service users in their
communities within the Kerrier locale
West Early Intervention in Psychosis
(EIP) Team x1
- Based at the Kernow Building in Pool, Redruth
- Travel required to meet service users in their
communities across West Cornwall
