Mental Health Advisor

The Mental Health Advisor will deliver recovery and wellbeing opportunities to clients who are temporarily homeless, or rough sleeping, to support them with their mental health needs to enable them to live fulfilling lives and achieve their hopes and ambitions.
The Mental Health Advisor will:
- Work with clients with complex needs
- Work collaboratively as a multi-disciplinary team, together with the client, the referrer and mental health
professionals - Provide practical advice and support to clients, working within a recovery informed approach, taking a
holistic view to support people’s recovery to allow them to reach and maintain a rich and meaningful life - Provide a wide range of interventions to assist clients with their daily health and wellbeing needs
including building resilience, improving wellbeing and connecting them to community resources.
A full driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes is essential for this role.
