Holistic Interventions Advisor

The Holistic Interventions Advisor will work with clients who are temporarily homeless or rough sleeping, to support them with their mental health needs by enabling them to access therapeutic interventions and activities via a spot purchase fund. Pentreath are delivering this project in conjunction with The Women’s Centre Cornwall.

The Holistic Interventions Advisor will:

• Deliver a trauma informed, holistic support service that forms part of the rough sleeper portfolio of services, preventing a return to rough sleeping and escalation of the health and social care needs
• Provide practical advice and support people who are homeless or in temporary accommodation to access therapeutic activities
• Access a spot purchase fund to purchase relevant therapeutic activities
• Work in partnership with The Women’s Centre Cornwall and stakeholders to identify and generate appropriate referrals on to project

A full driving licence and use of a vehicle for work purposes is essential for this role.
