We are now looking for a Business Advisor to deliver support to individuals and businesses in Cornwall, specifically third sector organisations including social enterprises, community interest companies, voluntary and charitable organisations, under our Outset brand, in partnership with the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Growth Hub and Cornwall Council’s Good Growth Programme.

Outset provides a friendly and supportive service to help individuals gain the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to sustain or grow a business, and our Business Advisors play a pivotal role in this activity.

Our Business Advisors need to have strong business, third sector and functional expertise they can bring to a range of clients, alongside proven abilities in engaging groups and individuals, and conveying knowledge effectively through a range of sessions and workshops and 1:1 sessions delivered both online and face to face.
