Conflict Resolution Sessional Worker

To resolve conflict between tenants of social and private landlords and the resolution of disputes through mutual agreements and/ or the use of mediation. We are looking to build up a bank of suitable workers with experience of dealing with conflict and/or working with people with multiple and complex needs. Work can come from across Cornwall and will suit people who can be available for work on an ad hoc basis, sometimes at short notice. Workers will be supported by an experienced Project Manager and training will be provided. Job Description available on request.

Cornwall Council has been chosen by Government as a Lead Authority for the fund and is responsible for monitoring the progress of projects funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
