Research & Engagement Co-ordinator

Key responsibilities:
- Identify potential research projects and support engagement activities
- Plan and lead on research projects, designing and implementing engagement initiatives
- Gather and interpret public feedback from various sources, including surveys, focus groups and interviews
- Design and develop research methods
- Utilise data from Enter and View reports to incorporate into research projects
- Collaborate with the Enter and View Officer to gather feedback from residents, staff, and families regarding the quality of care
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their voices are heard
- Organise and coordinate events, forums, and focus groups to gather input and engage with the community
