Research & Engagement Co-ordinator 

Key responsibilities:

• Identify potential research projects and support engagement activities
• Plan and lead on research projects, designing and implementing engagement initiatives
• Gather and interpret public feedback from various sources, including surveys, focus groups and interviews
• Design and develop research methods
• Utilise data from Enter and View reports to incorporate into research projects
• Collaborate with the Enter and View Officer to gather feedback from residents, staff, and families regarding the quality of care
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their voices are heard
• Organise and coordinate events, forums, and focus groups to gather input and engage with the community
