Project Officer – Partnership Board Engagement

You will be working with other members of the Partnership Boards team in coordinating and managing the running of the Boards in liason with the Board Chairs, Cornwall Council and partners from across health and social care. This involves facilitating engagement in, and development of, health social care strategies and plans in line with local requirements and the NHS Long Term Plan, organising regular meetings and ensuring actions are progressed

Key responsibilities:

• Support Partnership Boards Coordinator
• Engage with new members and develop relationships with related organisations
• Support members of the team with event organisation including venue booking, agendas, facilitating meetings, meeting minutes and monitoring/documenting progress
• Produce Easy Read materials as required (training will be provided, if required)
• Database management
• Report assistance
