Project Administrator & Core Admin Lead

Hours: 37 hours a week (full-time)
Salary: FTE £24,000 - £29,000 (Band C) per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: our work base will be at our Truro offices with requirements to travel to meetings or other offices/locations.

Citizens Advice Cornwall are looking for a full-time Project Administrator to provide administrative support to both our Core Advice service and various projects across the organisation. This includes our Tenancy Sustainment (Housing advice) and specialist Debt Advice Projects (our ‘People in Mind’ and MaPSDAP teams) and any other administrative support as required by the organisation.

Part of this role will include being the ‘Admin Lead’, of the Core Administration team; holding line management and supervisory responsibility for managing and co-ordinating the team, their workload, and initial training and ongoing support.
