Advice and Training Supervisor

Hours: 37 hours per week (full time Monday – Friday)
Salary: FTE £26,500 - £32,000 (Band D) per annum, pro rata for part-time work
Location: Based at Citizens Advice Cornwall’s Camborne office.

Citizens Advice Cornwall is looking for a full time Advice and Training Supervisor to work from our hub office in Camborne, to support our paid and volunteer advisers in their role giving advice. This is a great opportunity to work with dedicated and well-trained teams delivering advice and guidance to those in our community who need help.

The role is key to providing a smooth and efficient service available throughout the county via phone, webchat, email, video appointment and face to face.
