Cornwall Rural Community Charity (CRCC) is a well-established Cornish charity providing a range of services across the county supporting people and communities in need.
The postholder will have responsibility for the promotion of and engagement with Cornwall Carers Service, including specific campaigns and activities, supporting the service with the promotion and coordination of stakeholder engagement. They will support carers to share their ideas and engagement with external partners and stakeholders on ‘knowledge made useful’, reach new audiences and maximise the impact of Cornwall Carers Service.
The postholder will have excellent communication skills, with experience of following processes and procedures and be able to meticulously prioritise and organise activities working within a busy team environment. They will have experience of working with in person and online audiences and have the ability to work under pressure and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability. They will have an awareness of the Care Act and child protection and safeguarding procedures, equality and diversity, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The postholder will maintain a professional approach, objectively and with integrity, and be able to constructively tackle difficult issues and circumstances
