Tenancy Support Worker

Carefree is recruiting a Tenancy Support Worker to support young people who are 16+ and in or leaving care.

We are looking for an individual with excellent people skills and administrative abilities to support careleavers through their transition into a new tenancy. This role will involve working directly with a caseload of young people aged 16+ who are in or leaving the care of Cornwall Council.
