Bugle Library of Things CIC provides support to the community within Bugle and outlying areas through the hosting of community Hubs, community outreach work at various locations and the distribution of food and household items to those often experiencing financial insecurity, social isolation or ill health. We work closely with the community and service providers to meet the immediate needs of vulnerable groups within our community and pride ourselves on the results of our adaptable and people focused organisation.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ideally experienced Project Development and Business Plan Execution Manager to support us in building sustainability within our organisation. The role holder will be responsible for
- the implementation of an ‘organisational step change’ programme via a Business Plan as determined by a consultation with key stakeholders and external consultants.
- the execution and monitoring of the Business Plan against agreed aims ensuring sustainability and Good Growth of the CIC across the agreed areas for development, increasing community engagement and participation.
- Data collection and administration inline with the defined outputs on the infrastructure/community asset as represented by a Mobile Outreach Vehicle and it’s use by the CIC and promotion to statutory services and experts bringing services and advice to hard-to-reach communities increasing engagement levels.
We’ll need you to have:
- good communication skills with people at all levels
- an organised and systematic approach
- a person-centred focus
- the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- an understanding of issues faced by those experiencing food and financial insecurity, physical and mental health issues and social isolation.
- experience of working in Project Development and the ability to provide evidence of having completed implementations of Business Plans within a professional environment.
- experience of engaging stakeholders across public and private sectors to further Business Plans.
- ability to present data and compile periodic project reports.
- proficiency in XL and compiling financial data.
