People will be able to access general help, support, information, guidance, and connections to services via the telephone and can receive additional face to face work and health coaching if required. The service aims to provide work and health support interventions that supports people with health conditions to start, stay and succeed in work.

A good level of written and verbal communication is essential.

We are seeking someone to provide project coordination and engagement support to the service, working directly with the WorkWell coaches and overseeing senior manager.

We are an inclusive organisation and reasonable adaptions, and flexible working hours and secondments will always be considered.
