Volunteer Cornwall: ILM Level 4 Award Leadership and Management

This Level 4 course in Leadership & Management has been developed to provide an initial training programme for those interested in a volunteer management role within the voluntary, community, public and private sectors.

The course is delivered over four days. To enable learners to fit the course around their work we have spread the course out to be delivered one day a week with a gap week between each session to provide additional time for any self learning or questions.

This course is delivered through a mix of classroom based and online delivery plus self study time.

• Day 1 – 9th January 2025 (Truro)
• Day 2 – 30th January 2025 (Online)
• Day 3 – 13th February 2025 (Truro)
• Day 4 – 6th March 2025 (Tutorials)

Learners will complete a written assignment for each unit and deliver a business presentation to demonstrate understanding and knowledge gained.

Learners will need 8 to 20 hours self-study time per unit to complete assignments.
