Succession Planning for the Community

Have you thought about your community/group/organisational development over the next three to five years? This workshop will help you to consider some of the questions that you need to ask now in order to have a healthy and sustainable future. Perhaps rather than ‘Succession Planning’ consider this as ‘Sustainable Development Planning’.
