RJ Working: Restorative Practice Training for working with Young People

Our multi-agency training offers a valuable opportunity to work with others and consider therelevance of Restorative Practice for your role and workplace.

Over three days of interaction, participants will exchange learning as a group, gaining:

• Insight into Restorative Practice and creative conflict resolution
• Opportunities to develop & practice key skills to facilitate Restorative responses
• A way to respond constructively to environmental harm, identity-based harm & covid-19 legacy
• Potential for a culture of Restorative Practice in schools, workplaces & communities

This course is delivered by two experienced trainers.
