RJ Working: Restorative Facilitator Training (May)
This training is suitable for those who have completed our 1 day Introduction to Restorative Practice Training.
Over two days of interaction, participants will exchange learning as a group, gaining:
- In depth experiential learning about creative conflict resolution
- Tackling inequalities through addressing social_emotional needs
- Practical skills for facilitating Restorative meetings to address conflict and harm
- Support to plan strategically for building a culture of Restorative Practice in workplaces & communities
Training will take place online. Numbers will still be limited to 12 participants to ensure depth of experiential learning.
Together with our Introduction to Restorative Practice this course meets the requirements of the Restorative Justice Council for Foundation Practitioner Training. Participants will receive written feedback and a certificate.
