RJ Working: Tackling Racism Restoratively
This workshop is open to professionals and organisationswho want to move beyond tick-box approaches to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, and to anyone engaged in Social Justice work who wants to know how to develop a Restorative mindset for navigating complexity.
A one-day exploration of how Restorative Approaches can be used to build equitable communities and organisations.
The training will:
- equip participants with knowledge, confidence and strategies to deal with racism when it arises
- strengthen a culture of care and respect which will make this kind of harm less likely to occur in the future
- contribute to Safeguarding of vulnerable students, reducing harmful behaviours
- bring the principles of your EDI policy to life
The training takes place online, and is running on the following dates:
- Wednesday 26th Feb 9am – 4pm
