Join us for the Health and Wellbeing Training Day for Volunteers on Monday, 12 May at Penventon Park Hotel, Redruth.
This free event promises to be an inspiring day of interactive workshops dedicated to promoting health and wellbeing. The event is designed to help you support people in your volunteering role and make a positive impact in your community.
What to Expect:

- Making Every Contact Count (MECC) Lite
- How to Stop Smoking Very Brief Advice (VBA)
- Children and Young People Physical Literacy
- First Aid Awareness
- Introduction to Safeguarding
- Mental health awareness in adults
- Menopause and mental health

Organisations sending anyone in an unpaid role will be able to claim for their volunteer’s time, making this an invaluable opportunity for both you and your organisation.
