Annual General Meeting Invitation

We’d love to see as many members as possible at our 2023/2024 Annual General Meeting for Cornwall VSF, to be held on Microsoft Teams Thursday 28^th November.

The meeting will run from 4.00pm – 5.00pm.

The agenda will include:

1. Item 1. Welcome from Chair and CEO
2. Item 2. Accounts presentation from TC Group (Lang Bennetts)
3. Item 3. Appointing an auditor for 2024 – 2025
4. Item 4. Chair and CEO annual report presentation
5. Item 5. Retiring trustees
6. Item 6. Trustees standing for re-election.
7. Item 7. Appointment of roles
8. Item 8. Any other business

If you cannot attend and want to nominate a proxy to vote in your place, please complete this form.  We will then send your proxy the Eventbrite link for the AGM.
