Citizen’s Advice Cornwall: Advice First Aid
This training enables participants to support clients who are experiencing a crisis in one of the Citizens Advice “enquiry areas” by listening to them, gleaning key information about their situation and being able to inform them of local or national agencies who offer support.
Who's it for:
Anyone who has a frontline role with members of the public likely to need help with issues such as benefits, debt, employment problems, housing or managing relationship breakdowns. This could include foodbank workers, community groups, people working in health or education, or charities that provide services to vulnerable people.
