Nominations for regional personalised care awards 2024 now open

Nominations for the South West Integrated Personalised Care Awards (SWIPC) 2024 are now open.

For the third consecutive year, the SW IPC awards will recognise inspirational success stories.

The principle of Personalised Care is about empowering people to lead the lives they wish to live, asking the person what matters to them and giving them choice and control in their health and care.

The South West Integrated Personalised Care Collaborative will host its next Integrated Personalised Care Awards for the region, on Thursday 27 of Feb 2025 at Wells Town Hall in Somerset.

The Awards was created to celebrate outstanding personalised care “tried and tested to empower people receiving healthcare and support, staff and families across the South west. This has allowed large and small organisations to inspire and learn from one another. Its mission is to encourage and celebrate success in personalised care! This round of nominations celebrates the third SWIPC award.

We all know that effective person-centred care makes a difference. By sharing examples of inspirational stories, case studies and programmes we showcase how personalised care enables good governance and best practice.
