Cornwall MP champions WorkWell programme in Parliament

Labour Party MP for Camborne, Redruth and Hayle, Perran Moon, championed the VCSE-led WorkWell programme in Parliament this week (February 2025).

Perran said: “WorkWell is a core element of the Labour Government’s Back to Work plan and is being successfully piloted in Cornwall. The scheme identifies folk at risk of leaving work and supports them to remain in employment.

“It’s doing really well at the moment but I want longer term funding for the project. Today I asked the Sec of State for Work & Pensions Liz Kendall about expansion of the WorkWell pilot in Cornwall.”
