In a novel partnership, Altarnun’s Penpont Brewery is launching a new ale, with 10p for every bottle sold going to Cornwall Rural Community Council.
Named ‘An Howl’ (Cornish for ‘the Sun’), it is a full-bodied golden ale at a powerful 5.6% ABV.
It is already available for purchase at Kingsley Village, Fraddon and the North Coast Wine Co, Bude. It will soon be available on draught at selected pubs, and at a selection of free houses and beer festivals over the Summer.
Proceeds will support CRCC’s diverse range of charitable work.

- Train a new generation of community organisers and support the creation of neighbourhood groups.
